    Asharqia Chamber reviews the new Saudi labor system in a training program in khafji
     
     
    Asharqia Chamber would hold a training program that reviews the new Saudi labor system on Sunday, November 29, 2015, in the chamber's khafji branch. The program would extend for four days, four hours daily from 5-9 pm. It will discuss a variety of topics related to the new labor system. The program will focus on the definitions and regulations of the new labor laws. That included the definition of salaries and basic wages, along with the allowances, raises, commissions and any benefits. The program has also discussed the approved list of regulations to organize labor as well as contracts in both types, permanent and fixed term contracts, ministry contracts and the reasons to terminate such contracts as well as an essential content of the contract such as the probation period. Assigning the employee, transferring him and job requirements as well as the content of the work experience certificate. 
     
    The program would target human resources personal and everyone interested in that field. It would discuss all the laws, regulations that pertain to the ministry of law. That includes the employer and employees' rights and responsibilities, saudization laws, training and development programs, employing females, and it will include a general review of the panel laws, fines, and penalties for breaking the laws.
     
    The program will include all the calculations and accounts associated with the labor law, such as the salaries, allowances, raises, commissions and any benefits as well any compensations that are paid due to Unfair dismissal, end of service bounce, maternity leave pay and many more.
